ICM-PC30, Air bubbles?

Postby jackal427 » Mon Dec 22, 2014 6:08 pm

Hello, I just got this kit setup about a week ago. I am finding that when the Kit is idle for a few days that I have some air bubbles that show up in the lines but there are only about 5mm in size not very big. The reservoir always shows that its filled and I did move the kit around lifting and tilting to get most of the air out. Is this normal and if the pump is low on coolant does it cavitation or some kind of noise? My case makes it a real pain in the neck to remove the reservoir. Also the pump came with a clamp on it to hold the tubes on it in shipping I guess is these intended to remain on as I only got 3 other clamps that fit the tubing.

Thanks

This is normal it usually takes a couple weeks max to get rid of all the air bubbles. As long as the pump is filtering the liquid you will be fine and the temps read normally. If the res is low, fill it up with more coolant cause the pump can't run dry it will burn up quickly if it did.
