Technical Support Regarding ADT-FM03, SEN-FM18T10

Greetings

I am working on Custom cooling system for Analytical instrument that we are building
We are using PMP 500 Pump and ADT-FM03, SEN-FM18T10 and want to measure the flow
As I supply 12 V to pump and ADT-FM03 and measure signal of RPM at ADT-FM03 which gives 5 V ~110 Hz pulse @12 V pump running
So how do I convert my this Hz to Flow I tried to find manual on your website for ADT-FM03 but can’t Help will be appreciated
I have attached Pulse Frequency VS Flow graph which doesn't make sense to me if 110 Hz is frequency then flow would be 30 LPM which us double the capacity of pump

Looking over the product description's middle paragraph the frequency reported ~= mL/min


so ~110 (ml / minute) = 0.11 liters per minute ~= 1.74 gallons per hour

Running 6mm hosing is not helping you.

Ya I know but the thing is when I read AD-FM03 with oscilloscope it gives me 40-50 HZ so I should multiply by 60 to convert into RPM or its RPM reading

My above numbers are obviously wrong then forgetting about the HZ vs RPM

so.

45 * 60 = 2700

As Per Google Conversion
2700 (ml / min) = 0.713264541 US gallons per minute

Pump Ratings
Maximum Flow Rate: 16L/min (4.2 gal/min)
