Even without the clear coat it looks like koolance did them. Anything is possible, now do mine lol.

just regular Krylon indoor/outdoor spray paint like you get from Wal-Mart.

The problem with low paitn like that it might start peeling when it gets warm hopefully that does not happen.

well luckily it's water cooled so i doubt it would ever get hot enough to peel ever, that would take something like 180F or more to start to break down the paints adhesion. If I got those types of temps on the tops pf my cooling blocks theres bigger issues, not to mention my pc is prolly on fire or toast at that point any way.

With that type of rad you probably have a lot of air in it.you need to turn it so that the fittings come off the top to bleed out the air .
