tubing question

Postby maximiza » Tue Sep 17, 2013 6:16 pm

Koolance Triple 140mm Copper High Flow Radiator - Black (HX-CU1403V) & Koolance CPU-380I Intel Liquid Cooling CPU Block

Will Koolance clear liquid and parts work will with Tygon A-60-G Norprene 1/2" ID (3/4" OD) Black?

I have been told it is better for keeping low alge growth.

I am modding a pedistal to an existing case.

Koolance liquids are formulated to prevent Alge and corrosion. I have yet to see someone using proper liquids with an actual alge problem that wasn't caused by something else.

And a quick google tells me the Neoprene tubing kinks a lot easier than typical tubing.

i did the same thing in the beginning
Norprene is Neoprene's tough little cousin.

I was thinking of using anti-kink coil to prevent that,
the run is rather long from the top of my case going to the back down to the bottom. It would avoid me using right angle adapters since it is flexable.

This is my first time doing this so i thank you for info, looking at pvc.
