Small update of my last post I believe the proper model number of the case that just arrived is "PC3-426SL Plus". Now to work on getting someone to paint it for me.

Got a few pieces from ColdZero.eu and with permission got the Koolance logo etched on one of the pieces. There is a piece of the set not installed but some of the hoses are currently in the way until I get to redo all of the tubing.

Nice red effect, I have the same noctua fan in the back to lol. It does look nice you put in a lot of work with that, in the next couple weeks I will start my project and start posting pictures of it. Nice job though with all of the customization. You have a name for the build?

New pictures with work I did over the weekend. And because I have to keep putting slippers on because my feet get cold from the draft I came up with the name of windchill.

Those are some very nice pics and you did a very good job with the build. Windchill sounds like a great name for your PC now all you need to do is make a sticker for it and you will be golden lol. Might have to get some of those angle fittings for my loops since I have too much tubing in my build and it will look a lot more cleaner. But excellent job on it, what kind of temps are you getting now?

With light testing idles temps across all 4 GPU cores have been around 15'-16'c above ambient or something like that and the CPU temps haven't really changed and that is with the fans throttled down. Over the weekend will probably do actual idle/load testing, once I sort out an issue I had with the corsair link stuff not ramping up the fan speed when it was supposed to. It left the fan speeds at 50% when the system was under heavy load causing it to get warmer past my comfort zone, and that has to be reliable otherwise it is useless as a fan controller.

Agreed with what you said. Right now after playing a little far cry 3 maxed out my idle temps are 10 above ambient which is really good for having it over clocked a bit. The corsair link is that a circuit board like the TMS if so I have a buddy that has the same thing and it work wonders. If its not pushing the speed up with the fans, their might be something wrong with it. I had a similar issue with the TMS boards not acitvating the fans and turned out it was the main board that was dead and the expansion was just fine. So mess with it a little more and if you still have the same problems try to contact corsair about it and see if you can get an RMA to see what's wrong with it.

My hosting server went kaput so my old images are currently broken. However I took a couple new quick ones with some work I did the last two nights. The side panel is not reenforced so I feel corsair deserves some credit for building such solid side panels and the whole assembly now weighs in around 32lbs. Also the one rad is supporting the weight of both itself and the rad attached to it and there is no sign of flexing etc from the rad enclosures either.

Need to improve the wiring some but 18 fans gets hard to manage. I'm also looking at a secondary enclosure just for the rads due to the overall weight of the case now being in the range of OMG I'm going t have a hernia :). I had intended to do a lot more to the computer over the past year but with kid running around the house it makes me miss the spare time I have in comparison.
