How common is this?

I just noticed this while I was browsing around a few wc forums. How often does this happen? I don't remember running into this when I had an Exos way back, but I also don't recall ever doing anything in the way of maintenance during the 2+ years I used it. Never even had to add more coolant, aside from when I added in a gpu block anyway.

It was probably not due to the fluid I have been using fezer fluids for a while now. That was probably a biological contamination or a cross metal contamination (unplated copper in the same loop with unplatted aluminum).
