Koolance shop shipping to Australia

Postby Masika » Sat Aug 22, 2009 2:21 am

Hi there.

I am in to watercooling and recently discovered some excellent Koolance (all are) parts. I was looking at purchasing some special/refurb gear but when I examined the shipping options I was shocked.

Why doesn't Koolance offer 1st class shipping? Is this something that can be discussed?

It's an issue that came up before viewtopic.php?f=3&t=336, viewtopic.php?f=3&t=343. Didn't get much traction but maybe adding more voices will get some dialogue going.

Well there is limited access to Koolance gear in Australia. I guess this continues to add weight to why there is not.

1st Class USP is an excellent service that I have been using for years with no lose or problems.

Koolance just must not be interested in selling product.

We are redesigning our website and USPS and FedEx service (along with UPS) may both be offered for international shipments.

Thanks Tim
More shipping options will certainly help with smaller orders.
Do you now accept overseas credit cards too? That's the other problem with placing a small order, the cost of wiring money.

For most international orders, we accept credit card payment through Paypal. For some international orders, we do require wire transfer. For those not familiar with Paypal, you don't need to create an account to use a credit card through them (although they prompt you to).
