If you have tried e-mailing Koolance but have not gotten a response call Koolance directly.

Mine suddenly started doing this as well. I have the yellow dot firmware update. Mine also no longer spins the pump during startup - this means you could cook your CPU. My server has a small backup pump that runs whenever the PSU is active, so I am safe. Others may not be so safe, especially if the BIOS hangs or you have a long boot cycle due to many devices being enumerated, slow hard drive, etc.

I have the exact same problem. I installed my card two months ago and it was running fine with the latest software, and previous it started acting just like to the OP. What's there to do?

i had to RMA it as they do not know what causes the problem, fact remains they do need to find out and issue a fix.

Maybe something is corrupting the firmware over time causing these odd behaviours.

The lack of driver update since quite some time makes me think Koolance has given up support and reallocated developer ressources to something else.

Anyone make progress on this issue? My TMS-200 is 2 days old. work great except on startup where it always give a low flow alarm on both pumps causing them to both ramp to full power. It is functional but annoying...
