I have a TMS-200 for about 13 months and 6 months since I have a serious problem of continuous alarms.
The company recognizes and admits he sold defective products and non-compliant and refuses to give exemplary service to its customers.
All products TMS-200 has a serious problem.
Hardware problem but also serious problems in firmware levels.
Obviously this company has serious problems of resources or very bad programmers with little experience.
Even with the new version of TMS-205 there are still problems and the company continues to sell defective products.
I can not buy you recomender Koolance products.
