some1 trying to hack?
is there some1 esl getting this error? some1 trying to hack my Koolance Forum account??

reCaptcha was recently defeated, so we've now migrated to a different anti-bot method for the forums. This was likely an attempt by a spam bot to hijack your account in order to post on the forums. It is another reason to maintain a good password (non-dictionary word).

You should change your passwords every 30 - 90 days, not just here, but everywhere. It's kinda unrealistic, but it's easier than trying to get information back after it's stolen...I use http://strongpasswordgenerator.com

really? i ve used the same password for everything 5 years straight, ... ... changed it in 2010 and now its 2011

really? every 30 - 90 days? i will never remember the password if i do that...
