Big case (recommendations?)

I'm looking for a large computer case, one that has the ability to hold everything I've got, and will hold my next system.

As it stands, the case I'm using can barely hold all the tubing, the radiator, and the PC components, and I really can't even put the cover back on it, never mind the fact that the case itself wasn't long enough, so I have the radiator hanging out of the hole I had to cut in the back of the case.

I'm running the EHX-1320, with a secondary single fan radiator. I've got two large reservoirs and two PMP-450's. I've got a heat exchanger with quick connects (during some real heavy overclock testing or when I'm running a lot of tools I'll pump refrigerated coolant through that).

For PC components I'm currently running an Asus mobo, Phenom II 955 Proc, 8gb ram, and twin 4870x2 vid cards. I also have 5 HDD's and 2 optical drives. The PSU is the Ultra X3 1600w

I just can't fit it all easily (or neatly) into the case I have, and it was the largest one that I could find.

The next system I'm looking to build will likely be twin proc, 12gb ram, and twin 5970 cards, also with 5+ HDD's and 2 optical drives. I'm looking to run two or three independent cooling loops on this system (haven't really hammered that out yet) and I'd really like to find a case that will actually hold all of this, without me pulling my hair out in the process.

This is the case I'm currently using: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications ... u=ULT40125

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

From Mountain Mods if a Extended Ascension is still not big enough (which would be hard to believe), you could combine it with a Pedestal 24.

Lian-Li makes several Extended ATX (E-ATX) cases for longer video cards. I am using one in my triple-loop system, it would fit everything you've got. It is based on the V-2000 series case. Normally those can also hold up to 12 hard drives but I modified mine to allow for the longer water cooled power supply and also for the front radiator. Here's mine: http://forums.koolance.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=49&start=30#p4234 You could use the V-1000 case if you are going to use 6 or less hard drives and/or don't need the extra radiator places.

I personally wish I would have used the 343b "cube" case, or PC-A77A so I could use a thicker top/main radiator. Top clearance is absolutely my only wish for my case. The thinner Koolance radiator works fine even with my pair of GTX295's, but I couldn't put much of a thicker one in.

Thanks guys, I think the Extended Ascension is just what I was looking for. Can't wait to do the next build now, it'll be far easier than last time...

if you want a case that is mass produced and can hold enough stuff for TWO PCs i would suggest the Red Harbinger Cross Desk, makes a good desk too :)
