Im runnin the Cpu-360 and well.. it works great and ive used it on two motherboards now. Is there a performance increase when goin from the 360 to the 380? Ive tried to find online if it simply works better but ive had no luck. Figured i would ask here. :)

I made some posts on here about swapping from a 360 to a 380 and I got a very noticeable change in temperatures for the better.

I think it may be my CPU but I haven't seen much of a increase when it's idle. I have noticed it does keep my temps down when the CPU started to go up in temps though, to me it's worth it since if you plan to upgrade to a 2011 socket.

I have a Z68 FTW EVGA motherboard and they just released a new bios, the R22. I updated it, and it vastly improved how you overclock and in addition added support for ivy cpus. I have a 2600k and i normally keep it at 4.5 ghz and for some reason the new patch caused the temps to rise a bit, however... and thats a HUGE however... i can now overclock my cpu to 5 ghz @ 1.38 volts... i couldnt do that before and the temps are still good, idle is 37 to 40 and max load is 75 to 78. I have a koolance 3x120mm radiator and one of the good pumps, also 3 Silverstone FM121 fans which each have a 3.6 static pressure and 110 cfm. So my ability with this setup to remove head from the coolant is there, just trying to figure out if the newer waterblock is better at removing heat.
