Temp diff Core Temp vs ERM Sensor

Im getting a temp difference between my Core Temp reading and ERM temp sensor (right on base of CPU-350) of 5-10C.

Shoudnt this be much closer?
Case: CoolerMaster HAF 932
PSU: Corsair 1000HX
Liquid Cooling: ERM-2K3U
CPU: Intel i7 965 @ 4.1Ghz
MB: ASUS Ramp Extreme II
Video: 2 EVGA 295's in SLI
6GB Dominator
1x300GB V-Raptor
ERM>CPU>GPU1>GPU2>NB/SB+VoltageReg1-VoltageReg2>Return

You're in good shape. Koolance reckons 10 degrees is normal. I had a similar concern which you can see here viewtopic.php?f=10&t=141
