just installed vid-ar685,wow,the Temp over 100 in minute.what 's wrong?thanks

Most likely bad contact or no flow

I'm dealing with pretty much the same thing idles at 80-90 without load. The flow is there and from what i can see all contacts are proper

no contact with the card, no thermal compound, no pads on the block, have nozzles on one side of block in instead of one on left and one on right. We need more info to really identify the problem but these are the most common ones.
