Koolance tech support wrote me "The MVR-100 is attached to the PLTEV104 by two screws, the PLTEV104 is then mounted to the motherboard with the four screws supplied."

I need more info than that there r many fitting that dont seem to work. I am not a dummy, but I cant figure it out.

We are still creating assembly drawings for some of the latest MB and MVR products (which should be up on the site very soon). But in the mean time, please feel free to checkout http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/sho ... 808&page=2 for pictures of the assembled product.

The two mounting screws that come with the MVR-100 screw up into the bottom of the MVR-PLT and into the MVR-100. Four screws are included with the MVR-PLT which go up through the bottom of the motherboard holes (where the original Vreg heat sink screws were) and directly into the four corners of the MVR-PLT plate. Don't forget to put the thermal padding in between the MVR-PLT and motherboard, and also paste between the MVR-PLT and MVR-100 block.

the blocks come in 2 pieces.

The side thats stepped is the one that goes on the board.

The entire assembled unit should look something like this:

There are 2 screws u need to screw the block onto the transfer plate. After that its pretty much cake.

The plate mounts onto the board from underside.

Thanks Naekuh! Users should make sure to apply thermal paste in between the heat plate and MVR water block. The included thermal padding goes in between the heat plate and motherboard components.

Try to post a picture of the block and motherboard being installed(without smoke and sparks). That might help Tim analyze your situation better.

So say, in theory, you were a big guy and sorta got in a screw in sideways to attach the blocks to each other and then have to remove it with pliers totally trashing the poor thing. What would be the best course of action?

I stopped by a few hardware stores, but haven't been able to really find the right screw to replace it. I'm going to put in an order for more nozzles. Would Koolance be totally chill and send a few more screws with the order? Or am I really on my own for this?

EDIT: they are, thx Koolance!)
