What I was going to do was actually use the chuck of modders mesh I have stashed and borrow a metal brake for a couple minutes to make a mesh cover. However after pulling the sheet out and looking at the cuts already made in it I didn't have enough left over to make the cover.

That would have hidden the coloration of the Noctua fans and helped hide some of the extra wiring.

Current ambient temperature ~= 22.5'c
Current idle CPU temp ~= 26'c (as per core temp)
10 minutes of prime95 on all cores at 100% utilization reports steady at 40'c (as per core temp)

So idle = 3.5'c over ambient
10 min full load = 17.5'c over ambient

Not bad at all my idle temp for CPU is 35c at 130w so having it at 26 is awesome even under full load. And who says liquid cooling is a waste of money lol.
